Our mission is to prevent cruelty to all animals by enforcing the NYS cruelty statutes, providing medical care and shelter to those animals subjected to neglect and abuse, and by providing humane education to schools and other interested groups. We are a 501(c)3 charity receiving no funding from the ASPCA or any government agency.
